Program Overview
The Rental Incentive Program provides up to $500 per month for 6 months in rental assistance to new and existing businesses opening in the expanded Historic Downtown District. The loan is forgiven once the business has been in operation for two years. A business plan plus two years of projected financials are required at the time of application.
