In 2008 the City of Sidney completed the Sidney Downtown Master Plan. This document, informed by public input, was the guiding plan for decision making in downtown for the past 12 years. With major changes that have occurred since 2008, the City is currently working with RDG Planning & Design to update this plan. The 2020 Sidney Downtown Master Plan will be a vision for strengthening and growing the heart of Sidney.
