This project will consist of milling off part of the existing asphalt and the placement of a new asphalt surface from Hwy 30 to 11th Avenue. There will be some additional replacement of the roadway at the intersections of Fort Sidney Road with College Drive, Deaver Drive and Parkland Drive. Access to College Drive will be maintained at all times with closures planned for the intersections at Deaver Drive and Parkland Drive.
Traffic on Fort Sidney Road will be maintained at all times but will be limited to a single lane during much of the construction. Flaggers will be present to control traffic flows during this construction project.
Anyone traveling this road during construction is asked to be vigilant for construction workers and equipment that will be working in close proximity to the open lane of traffic.
